The Carver Bible Seminary regrets to announce the passing of two of our faithful co-laborers in this ministry.
Our founding Chair of the Board of Trustees, The Rev. Dr. Robert Rice, Jr. went home to be with the Lord on Sunday July 26, 2026. He is and will be sorely missed. But we rejoice with him that his hope is now met with sight. We are praying for his family and his beloved Brown Avenue Baptist Church.
Secondly, our founding treasurer, Mrs. Anita S. Johnson went home to be with the lord earlier this month. We are praying for her family as well. She was a stalwart supporter and committed worker here at Carver.
Please join us in rejoicing over their legacies, victories and prayers for their families.
First Graduation Ceremony
Praises be to our great Lord and God for His continual bounty to us. The Carver Bible Seminary will have its first graduation ceremony on Saturday, August 29, 2026 at the Brown Avenue Baptist Church, 1481 Jonesboro Road, Atlanta, Georgia 30315 at 11:00 A.M.
Let's thank God for this milestone occasion. Please save the date and plan to be with us as our first graduates "commence" their futures.
